In almost all aspects of school life, including academics in the Afrikaans Department, normal activities were disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Senior and Junior Olympiads, speech contests and drama evening had to be cancelled.
The Afrikaans team welcomed Mr. M.Schlebusch at the beginning of 2020, whilst taking leave of Ms L. Reddy at the end of 2019.
