Grade 6 - Social Science, History Research Project
Many people have helped to build the democracy that we now have in South Africa. The grade 6 learners had to choose a person and write a biography of a leader who has contributed to building democracy.
Learners were given guidelines and were taught how to research and write a biography. They were encouraged to interview their parents and grandparents to help them with their research.
